Installation environment Requirements
1. The indoor LED display is non-waterproof. The LED display installation area should not have water leaking or under the air conditioner to avoid water leakage and damage to the indoor LED display .
2.The installation environment humidity must be lower than 70% (condensation status). There should be no excessive dusting operations such as welding, cutting steel structure, house painting, etc. (dust is easy to generate static electricity, metal chips can short circuit and cause damages).
3. The accuracy and levelness of the steel structure are required to be high precision, which the tolerance <0.1mm.
Please carefully check the size of the drawing and carry out the blanking according to the dimensions on the drawing.
After the welding, the accuracy of the horizontal plane is ±0.3mm, and the left and right dimensions of the square tube are ±2MM.
If the screen body requires a maintenance channel, the width of the maintenance channel is ≧600mm.
4. Pay attention to the following points when handling, transferring and storing the product in the packaged state. The module should be kept away from direct sunlight and placed upside down.
Step One：Take out the carton and unhitch the insurance buckle, but to be sure that plastic handle up
Step Two：Place the carton flat on workbench and open it
Step Three：Remove the protective Foam cover(EPE) that protects the lamps
Step Four：Take out the LED display cabinet
Step Five：Place the LED display cabinet flat on the work table(workbench) and please ensure to facing up the LED lamps face
Step One: The LED display cabinet is magnetized at a position 20cm above the installation position
Step Two: Slowly slide the LED display cabinet down to proper position
Step Three：Gently close up to the lower right LED display cabinet
Step Four: To make screen surface flat by adjusting magnetic pillar when each LED display cabinet is installed
3. Cables Connection
Step One: Advise that male port is input, female port is output; lower signal port is input, upper signal port is output. Make changes based on actual conditions too
Step Two: Hold the handle while you plug in the power and data cables, Avoiding pushing the LED display cabinet rudely leads to module separate from the mounting surface
Step Three: The main power cable is connected with input port of one LED display cabinet, others are connected in series. Each 2.5sqmm main power cable powers not more than 15 cabinets, each main signal cable controls not more than 650,000dots
Step Four: After finish cables connection, using a multimeter to test to ensure that there is no short-circuit before the current is switched on
Wiring layout: The main power cable is using international Standard three-pin plug which can be purchased in the market
4. LED display cabinet Disassembly
Step One: Pull out data and power cables and hold two sides of the LED display cabinet firmly
Step Two: Left hand to left and right hand upward moving the LED display cabinet slowly at the same time
Step Three: To ensure that there is enough gaps between two LED display cabinets before take down the disassembled LED display cabinet
Step Four: If we need to disassemble the LED display cabinet which is surrounded three sides, must disassemble surrounding LED display cabinets firstly
Step Five: Firstly take down the left LED display cabinets to make two sides of disassembled LED display cabinet exposed
Step Six: Finally take down the disassemble LED display cabinet
5. LED display cabinet Maintenance
Step One: Firstly turn magnetic tool to the far left to make it have minimum magnetic force
Step Two: One side of Magnetic tool closes to module gently, the other side approaches until magnetic surface flats the module surface
Step Three: Turn tool to the far right to maximize magnetic force, and then suck out of module gently
Step Four: Adjust tool to minimize magnetic force and remove the tool, unplug flat cables to take out the module
