Installation Steps of Installation of U-shape angle steel
Fix the first row of U-shape angle steel on the wall
Position the second row of U-shape angle steel on the wall accroding to the height of the aluminum profile fixing back plates.
The distance between the 2 rows of the U-shape angle steel should be the same as the height of the aluminum profile fixing back plate.
if the aluminum profile fixing back plate height is 960mm, then the distance between the 2 rows of U-shape angle steel should be 960mm;
if the if the aluminum profile fixing back plate height is 640mm, then the distance between the 2 rows of U-shape angle steel should be 640mm;
if the aluminum profile fixing back plate height is 1280mm, then the distance between the 2 rows of U-shape angle steel should be 1280mm, etc.
After positioning the second row U-shape angle steel correclty, then fix the second row U-shape angle steel on the wall.
Fixing other rows of the U-shape angle steel on the wall one by one according to the same method.

Connection of power box's cascading cable and LED display screen system's main cable
Connect the power box's cascading power cable and cascading data cable
Connect the main power cable with the power distribution box
Connect the main data cable with the controlling compute(/sending card/sending box/video processor,etc.)
Installation of the LED display module
Matching the LED display module's locating pin with the Aluminum profile fixing back plate's locating hole
Lock the LED display module on the aluminum profile fixing back plates via the tool of allen wrench.
Connect the LED display module's integrated power and data cable with the power box's aviation plug
Install other LED display modules according to the above same method
Wrap around the LED display 4 sides by decoration material
Complet the installation and running the LED display
Front accessible for both module and power box. Meanwhile it can also achieve back service. Front and back dual service method is much more easier than conventional back service method.

Unlock the module with the front service tool Allen wrench
Unlock the power box
Firstly unlock the screw, then carry the power box upwards a little, then take the power box out
